Online 3 month Programme

 

My 3 month Coaching programme is designed with the aim to reduce overwhelm, bring back simplicity and empower you to make the nutritional and lifestyle changes that will have the biggest, positive impact on your day to day health helping you stay feeling great in the long term.

Having worked with hundreds of clients in my career, I’ve learnt that real, powerful changes comes when we work over a 3 month period. This allows us to get the crucial foundations of health in place, as well as delve deeper into rebalancing and restoring health and wellbeing. 

​

Over 12 weeks, you’ll be gently guided to build habits you can sustain, helping you feel more connected to your body and more confident in the choices you’re making — without pressure, restriction, or perfection. This is a nurturing space to reconnect with your health and get back to feeling like your best self. This is about progress, not perfection — and finally putting your health back on your priority list.

At the end of the 12 weeks you will have a clear plan you can continue long after the programme ends. I also have great options for continuing your journey with me after your programme which looks to support maintenance and longevity of health

What does the programme include?

  • 7  Consultations with me across 3 months

        4 Consultations Online​

        3 Check ins Online or on the phone/email to help keep you on track

  • An indepth health and lifestyle review including both past medical history and current concerns. This ensures that I can create a 365 degree strategy that addresses your health as a whole rather than just as a symptom

  • A personalised plan that supports all aspects of your health from diet and nutrient intake to lifestyle, exercise and wellbeing practices such as breathwork, mindfulness and sleep practices

  • A bespoke meal ideas pack which includes recipes tailored to you, shopping list tips and how to supercharge your health through your food shop 

  • Personalised supplement recommendations to ensure you get the best quality, most bioavailable and effective nutrients and dosage  

  • Personalised functional testing recommendations and result analysis which can include:  

             Genetic testing 

              Nutrient screening 

              Stool tests for Gut bacteria, parasites, yeast and digestive function   

              Food intolerance testing 

              Hormone Testing 

              Hair Mineral Analysis for nutrient imbalance and heavy metal toxicity  

         

           (Please note, any recommended nutrition supplements and functional tests are not included in the               package price, however I do not charge extra for my time in interpreting tests, writing reports or                     liaising with other medical professionals involved in your care)
